Are you expecting a baby in the next year? Do you plan on or hope to use cloth diapers for your baby? A cloth diaper registry might be the perfect way for you to get all of those essentials for your new little bundle of joy!
When I registered for my cloth diapers, I used Kelly’s Closet Baby Registry to help make it simple and easy for friends and family to purchase cloth diapers for my little one’s fluffy bum! Below is a tutorial to help you set up your own Cloth Diaper Registry!
1) Click Gift Registry or Baby Registry on Kelly’s Closet.

2) Click Create My Gift Registry.

3) Next fill in all your information including name, e-mail, and a password. You can also come up with a cute name for your registry or leave a personal message to family and friends! In addition, you can input a ship to e-mail address so that items can be shipped directly to you! After you have all of your settings, click Save My Registry.

4) Now that your registry is created, you can alert friends and family by sending them an e-mail!

5) Now onto the fun part, adding the cloth diapers! Just go to any product you want to add to your registry, select the color or style as well as the quantity and click Add to Gift Registry.

6) Once you have added as many items as you would like to your registry, you are ready to go. When you go into your registry you can add, delete, or even view purchased items.

That is it! You have completed your cloth diaper registry. I would also recommend printing out little cards or pieces of paper with Kelly’s Closet address, the name or title of the registry as well as the password for friends and family to view. This piece of paper can be included in a baby shower invitation or e-mailed too!

Now that you are ready to set up your cloth diaper registry, why not head over to check out Kelly’s Closet Blessingway Giveaway to get a jump start on adding cloth diapers to your stash!

I would love to teach a mom about cloth diapers, such a valuable thing to learn!
I am new to cloth diapering and I would love this starter kit.
I would encourage a new mom to be to try cloth diapers. They are super easy to use once you get a routine going.
I would love to start from birth on the next baby!
I would love to start from birth on the next baby!
being able to help new Mom’s start cloth is the best! It’s so much easier than they expect.
I have been getting other Mom’s hooked on the many benefits of cloth! I LOVE Cloth diapering!
I’m new to cloth diapering. Would love to start right from newborn
I live in a small town. I like to teach new moms about BF and making homemade baby food. Now, with my new baby coming, I want to give CD a try so I can teach them that too!
Our church is wonderful about setting up meal trains for new moms using http://takethemameal.com/ . I had a very difficult labor and recovery and this was an immense blessing to me, so I put a lot of effort into signing up for every new mom who’s come after me.
Wish I had thought of this for a friend that is just starting to buy her stash for her newborn. She probably would already have what she needs if she’d had a registry for them!
I would like to bless someone with the knowledge & supplies to cloth diaper.
I would help a mom-to-be by giving her our used baby clothing.
Love cloth diapers and hope to cloth diaper baby #2. but don’t have any newborn diapers yet.
offering some hot cooked food
Love and support with breastfeeding! I am a bfing peer counselor so I do this daily but I know its very important
baby #3 will arrive in May and I’m hoping others will help with meals!
I make a few frozen dinners for friends who have just given birth!
cloth diapers and freezer meals
I would give these as a gift to a friend with a fun gift too! Something for mom.
Doing research to cloth diaper #3 from the start
I would help one by telling them to trust their gut and not listen to what everyone else says. Wish I would have heard that more often
luckyseattlemom at gmail dot com
I would help by offering to help with household chores when they first come home from the hospital…my friend did this for me and it was appreciated!!
I’m new to clot diapers—want to use them with our new arrival (later this year) so it would be great to win this starter kit.
My pregnant friend wants to cloth diaper and babywear. When I started doing both, I did a TON of research because I feel like there’s so much details and options for both. So the other day I typed up a bunch of info on CDs and babywearing info for her since she never goes on the computer. That way it makes starting her journey with each easier.
I also love bringing my new mom friends a meal within the first couple weeks home with baby.
I have a dear friend who just had a baby girl . She is sensitive to all sorts of things. This would be so perfect for her. It would help my friend out so much that I can even begin to tell you. Thank you for this chance to help someone who has been a blessing in my life.
A mom to be (with kids) needs sometime alone….and maybe a cleaning service. I would take her kids for a day out, and get the house cleaned.
I am looking forward to finding a mom to be to donate my stash to when my LO is done. I don’t have the need to “earn back my money” because, let’s face it, after a half year they’ve paid for themselves!
I plan on passing my newborn diapers onto the next momma when I’m done!
I plan on passing my diapers onto my cousin who just found out she’s expecting! I dont have a newborn stash since I started late, so this will be great!
I would be honored to win newborn diapers! I have a small stash at the moment and I found I need more so I don’t have to wash everyday.
I would love to help a friend get started!
I would share about cloth diapers and breastfeeding.
I’m currently working with a 3rd time “new” mom on switching to cloth diapers, and this set would be great for her!
I would love to share my experiences with cloth diapering and breast feeding.
Having an open ear for any and all concerns (no advice given unless asked for it!), and offering tons of hand-me-downs!
I love cloth!!
I am about to be a first time mom but I would help my friends or someone in need in any way I could. My mom taught me that even if you dont have a lot you always have something you can give and there is always someone less fortunate than you. So, whatever help was needed if I could help I would and if not I would find the resources to get the help for them
Thank you for doing this giveaway
make them a meal
I am making some cloth diapers for a mom-to-be right now. Also, planning to talk to another that is considering cloth to help her.
I have just convinced a soon to be new mom to try cloth before using disposables. She is tight on cash and I told her how OS diapers worked and introduced her to a co-op. Nothing better than spending a few bucks for a diaper that will last from birth to potty training. And you can’t sell a washed disposable when you are done with it. How could it get any better? Oh wait, that’s right, the squishy cuteness of a cloth bootie!!
I am so excited that the first diaper my baby due in March will wear will be a cloth diaper
I love sharing with new moms about cloth diapering. This will be my first lo that will be cloth diapered from birth so these would be great!
I would choose something from her registry to give her.
I’m a crafter so I always make handmade gifts for the mother and baby! Usually a quilt, some crocheted booties, and a sweater or hat.
I would love to win this set and give it to my sister-in-law to get her started on cloth diapering, she’s due feb 22 2013! I am new to cloth diapering and just started, i started late my son is just shy of 6 months but for my next i will deffinatly be doing it from the start!
Cloth diapers are an awesome gift for mom! That and free babysitting!
i would offer love, time, help with chores, baby, cooking, help with cloth and any tricks of the trade I have learned after babies
i would be so greatful to have these! i am due in June 2013! and i woul bless some one else after my little one grew out of them by PIF.
I’m due in March and would love to start right with cloth diapers.
If the mom wants advice, I would give her what I learned but to let the mom know that every baby is different and do what SHE thinks is best for her own baby. I would also offer her a home cook meal.
I would bless a new mom-to-be with any knowledge I could, gently used hand-me-downs, and knowing they have support. I would bless a new mom who just had their baby with some pre-made meals, and offering to come do some of their laundry or some chores and watch the baby while they take a shower, a nap, etc–anything to make their life a little easier!
I am expecting our second due in July, and we plan on making the switch to cloth diapers this time around. I would LOVE this stash, and would gladly pass it on once I was done to any momma/daddy who was wanting to start out with cloth diapering!
I think giving/loaning your maternity clothes to another mom is an awesome way to bless her! Someone loaned me her maternity clothes recently, and it’s awesome to know that I’m saving money… especially on something that can only be worn for a few months!
I think setting up a meal train for a new mom is really helpful!
I love sharing information with new moms about natural ways to love and care for their babies… like how easy cloth diapering is!
Thanks for the post. I want a variety of brands and have had a hard time finding them all in one place. I ended up doing a ‘myregistry’ list where you can combine from multiple sites.
I’ll be honoring my sister in law with a shower this summer to celebrate our new neice or nephew! These would make a great gift for her!
i would encourage a mom-to-be to try cloth by leading by example.
I try to encourage moms into doing whatever they are comfortable with. I offer my knowledge of things like cloth diapers and breastfeeding, but if they don’t choose those paths, I am still there for them!
Just honored a friend and her baby yesterday at their “welcome home baby” party!
Would love to help a mom-to-be by giving her things she needs and helping her with babysitting her other kids when she really needs rest!
My brother and his wife are waiting to welcome their first baby and I could definitely pass this along as they get their start.
I would love to share all my cloth diapering knowledge with a new mom to be.
Help start a newborn CD stash, or make a blanket.
I sew baby quilts for my mom-to-be friends and family! I have a pattern for a cloth diaper that I am hoping to tackle soon as an additional bonus for any moms-to-be!
I would help her learn how to care for her cloth diapers properly.
Hoping to start TTC here soon, and we dont have any newborn diapers
I have a friend who is expecting, I am planning on buying her some fluff to try out so she can become a cloth diapering mamma too!
I would make lots of meals, help clean, and of course buy them a cloth diaper or two!
I think a great way to bless a new mom to be is by offering to make meals or clean the house for her. Anything to ease her load.
I would go to their house and clean before baby arrived, and then after baby, go sit with baby so momma could sleep.
I would help a new mom buy getting her a few newborn diapers
I would show her the ropes for cloth diapering and then offer to rock the baby so she can have some time for herself.
I think the thing that would have helped my family the most is someone offering to watch our older children so that my husband and I can both bond with the baby from day one. With both of my subsequent births my husband was only able to be there for the birth since we were paying for a last minute sitter each time. But as is the life of a Coast Guard enlisted I guess!
I would -and have- helped new moms by making sure they get some attention too. When it’s all about the baby, it’s easy to feel forgotten
I would make freezer meals for a mom to be and offer to help in any way i can whether it was an ear to lend or maybe help get the baby roomset….
This is very cool and informative.
I have a friend who is due in March who I am helping get the hang of babywearing and cloth diapering before the new squish comes. I’ll also be babysitting her 2yr old while she’s in the hospital and helping out those first few weeks.
I hand down baby items to friends & family, help those interested get started off right with cloth diapering info/items we no longer need, bring a meal to a family with a new baby.
My sister is having her baby this month and my best friends baby is 2 months. I recently talked both into cloth diapering
they have started their stashes! What a rewarding feeling
I am always trying to convert people to cloth. This would help me show people how easy it is to cloth a newborn. Thank you
I convinced a friend of mine to CD and this would be a great way to help her get started!
I started cloth at 3 months with my daughter. For the next one, I’d like to do cloth right from the beginning.
I started cloth at 3 months with my daughter. For the next one, I’d like to do cloth right from the beginning. I’ve tried lots of different things and have lots of advice to give. I’ve converted quite a few of my friends
Encouraging them to make their own choices and decisions, even if they’re not the same as mine.
I would help a new mom by coming over and starting a crockpot meal, doing some laundry, and giving a pedicure…
I could really use some more newborn diapers!
Lots of encouragement and support! (and maybe also a few nights of babysitting so mom and dad can go out and enjoy themselves!)
Staying away from presumptive questions… like “what theme is your nursery”. Are you crazy? do you seriously think i’m going to re-decorate an entire room of my house in ‘baby’?
cloth diapers are the way to go!! better for baby and the earth!
Just listening. Taking some meals (and paper plate, cups, etc)…..helping around the house….
I would love to get a new mommy hooked on cloth diapers with lots of encouragement, positivity and support! Theres nothing better than having someone near by to share the experience, successes with and its even better to have someone there to help you get over the bumps in the road
What has been most helpful to my close friends and family has been helping out around the house for the first several weeks, and offering arms to hold the babe while mom showers!
If I win this, it will be a gift to a new mom to be. I am a huge endorser of cloth diapering, and I know how addictive it can be once you start! Nothing says I love you more than fluff!
I’ve been telling my new mom to be friends about babycenter.com and the forums and other websites with helpful info.
I would love to show a new mom how to cloth diaper
Can’t wait to start using cloth diapers on my newborn!!
I’m looking forward to using cloth diapers on my first, due next month!
Sometimes lending an ear can help more than one knows!
I would tell them to trust themselves. New Mom’s stress out and want everything to be perfect, and that will never happen. Just trust your instincts and know that the most important things you can give your baby is love, patience, and time.
I would offer free photography and perhaps gift this set if I won it!
I would LOVE to start stocking up on cloth diapers. I am due to have my first baby in June!!!
I wish I would have known about cloth diaper registries before I had my baby shower a few weeks ago! I want to try cloth diapers but my husband is a little unsure so he gets a little freaked out when he sees how much they cost
Our 5th baby is due in a few weeks and we are having a tough time financially. This would be a huge blessing for us!
I would bless a mom-to-be with much needed baby supplies, and offer to come over and sit with baby while she napped.
I’m due in July and would love to try cloth diapers. I would bless myself by not having to buy diapers.
I started to use cloth when my now three year old was one year old. I am expecting my second child and want to cloth from the start this time
New to cloth diapering…wish I had started sooner!
I am a new mom to be and excited to start cloth diapering my little one in May! I would be so happy to help other mommies on their journey in cloth diapering. I have actually given quite a bit of help to some mommies in my May 2013 mommy group. I have helped convert a few and it makes me so happy!
Cook and do housework so that she can spend time with her new baby! TTC now and could really use help getting my stash started!
I would love to share with other preemie moms how awesome an experience it is to be a mom of a preemie. They are such fighters! And to share with them the importance of their breastmilk for these feisty little people and if their milk comes in don’t give up, keep pumping 8 times a day because it will eventually pay off in the end!
I would get/give her a pedicure!
Great info thanks!!
I would love to win because i want my second child in cloth diaper and im new to it and would love this for when i give birth
I would help with some meals and clean up around the house! And do some laundry! Those are all things that were so helpful to me!
penniespinched AT gmail DOT com
I would love to win this, I am due in about 5 weeks and really need to build my stash as well as get a wet bag, this would help a lot with the finance portion of everything!
Cook dinner for her and her family.
I would and am sharing my love for fluff with every mom to be I know. What a blessing to learn hw easy cloth really is!
Starting cloth from birth is the way to go!! We can definitely use these dipes when our newbie arrives!
i would love to win this for my cousin who is going to be a first time mommy here in the next few months i have convinced her to use cloth diapers and she is getting really excited about it this is her first baby second pregnancy the first ended in a miscarrage
I am new to cloth diapers and this would really help me start my stash!
I would love to teach another mother on all the ways you can go green. Making laundry detergent, knowing the dangers of “fragrance” on labels, all the wonderful uses for vinegar, coconut oil and breastmilk
I would give them plenty of resources and advice from my experiences.
I would be honored to help a new mom start cloth diapering. So far no luck.
but I have been blessed to give away all the disposables I saved after beginning cloth diapering! I had a ton that went to good use since I will prob never use disposables again.
I’d help a new mom by informing them of the savings they could have with using cloth, and cooking/cleaning is always welcome
I think the biggest blessing for any new mom is for her to know there are people willing to help without trying to force “their way” on her.
I am new to CDing, I didn’t even know you could do this. Thank you teaching me
Love cloth diapers!

I like setting up meals through takethemameal.com. It was such a blessing when I had both my girls and I always try to pay it forward. I also love spreading cloth tips and tricks.
I like to bless new moms with meals from takethemameal.com. It was such a blessing for me. I also like to offer cloth tips and tricks.
I think taking dinner or doing laundry for a new mom is the best way to go!
I always make freezer meals for the new mama’s in my life. It’s so helpful to have a few home-cooked meals ready to go for when the new family get home from the hospital.
I would love to start from birth with this baby. I didn’t start until 6 months with my last and I can’t wait to see a lil newbie in cloth! This would so help out too since we are on a tight budget!
I would advise them to breastfeed if they are able to.
